How should I brew my tea?
All the brewing directions are explained on the label and website. However please note that the direction is for recommendation only, so you can always adjust everything to your own liking. Be adventurous and curious when it comes to tea and you’ll be amazed of what it can bring you!
I tried your tea at a café / restaurant before and interested to buy for personal consumption. How could I buy the tea?
We recommend ordering Havilla Tea products directly through our website. Some of our wholesale clients also offer Havilla Teas for retail in their premises but usually it’s just for selected items only.
Why does the tea I bought and brewed at home taste different with the one I had in the cafe?
There are several factors affecting the taste of tea and most likely it’s because of the water. Water is said as the “mother” of tea therefore it plays a big role on affecting how a particular tea tastes. Also the brewing ratio, timing, water temperature are the keys to make a good tea.
I read on the packaging not to add sugar to the tea. But why?
Yes we strongly encourage you to taste and enjoy the real natural flavor of the tea especially for the single origin ones. You’ll be surprised by how rich natural aroma and flavor can actually show up and give a whole new experience of drinking tea.
I bought this as gift for a friend, can I have a customized card written for him/her?
Yes, surely you can! Just contact our CS and to inform the message then we will write it down for you.
How long is the shelf-life of the tea?
You can check the bottom of our packaging to see the best-before-date. Please note that as long as you store the tea well (in dark, air-tight, dry area) they will last long. It is important to follow storage directions in order to preserve the flavor and quality of your loose tea.
What payment types do you accept?
All payment are made via bank transfer to Bank Central Asia 1572170092 / Neysa Valeria Tri A.
How long does my order will be proceed after I made the payment?
All orders made, paid and confirmed at 2 PM to the latest will be processed and sent on the same day. Our shipment is at 4 PM on Monday to Friday by J&T.
Can I track my order shipment?
Yes of course! You can easily check your shipment through “Track My Order” menu on the website.
